If you have questions about pretreatment, you can contact the Plant Superintendent at 319-524-3412. If the question is about treatment or biosolids use, contact the Water Pollution Control Plant at 319-524-3412

Do you give tours of the Water Pollution Control Plant?
Yes, tours are available during the hours of 8:00am – 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. We prefer to have them prearranged by calling 319-524-3412.

Do you accept any waste?
No, we do not accept any wastewater outside the City of Keokuk. If you have any questions, call the Water Pollution Control Plant Superintendent.
